Orders are processed & dispatched on the same day you order from our warehouse here in Essex in the UK. We only offer UK next day delivery. Not bad right! So please allow 24 hours for your order to arrive at your door.

Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be un-used, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
Returns will not be accepted if the box or packaging is damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).

We only cover return postage if the item is damaged or faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This takes up to 5 working days to return back into you bank account.
Cut off point:
If you ordered past 4.30pm on a week day Monday to Friday, then you would have missed cut off point for next day delivery.

Tracking my order:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched on the same day from our warehouse here in Essex. It will only update to show when it has been delivered. If you weren't in, you can arrange a redelivery through the link.
